Station History

September 1987 – April 1994: The station is operated by a Korean Broadcasting Group.

October 1994 to March 1995: The station operates as Planet Broadcasting.

March 1995 to December 1998: The station is use privately by WQXR.

February 2000 to December 2000: The station operates as Radio Trans Continental.

December 2000 to November 2005: The station operates as Radio Lakay.

January 2006: The station is purchased by Optimum FM Inc, and operates as Optimum FM. Modern equipment is purchased and experienced staff are hired by the new management group.

Optimum FM is a sub-carrier radio station located at 96.3 on your FM dial.
